Going to the Chapel

This past weekend we made the LONG trip up to Fort Worth for one Trevor's college roommate's wedding.  Trevor took off work on Friday so we were able to leave town Thursday when Trevor was finished with class (he actually skipped his last class of the day... shh!).  We left Corpus around 7:30 and got to Austin around 11pm and stayed with Kara and Adam Anthony, which was a life saver!  We got back on the road at 6am in order for Trevor to make his 10am tee time with the groom and the rest of the groomsmen. We had just enough time to check in at the hotel in Fort Worth before Trevor got picked up to play some golf.  I took a little nap in the Hotel and then went to lunch with one of my best friends from college, the newly engaged, Jon Tettleton!  I hadn't seen him since my wedding so it was great to get to catch up with him and hear about his proposal and engagement.  After lunch and Trevors golf game we had just a little time to get ready for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.  The wedding was at a beautiful church on the TCU campus so we had fun navigating our way to the church and seeing the campus.  The boys thought that they would be funny and wear the choir robes for the rehearsal... notice Trevor is the only one wearing the stole. It was fun to see all of Trevor's Baylor friends again, they all live in Fort Worth so we sadly only get to see them at big events like weddings.  They had a yummy rehearsal dinner at Papasitos (sp?).  Then we went to Chase and Leslie's newly remodeled house to hang out afterward.  I didn't get any pictures of their house, but I wish I would have because it was so beautiful!  We had wedding festivities all day Saturday.  It was a beautiful wedding! Here are some pictures:

It was a great weekend! We are so happy for Josh and Nicki and can't wait to hang out with them again as a married couple!  But for now we are just really jealous that they are honeymooning in Maui right now. :)
