Baby P {31 Weeks}

how far along?  31 weeks
how are you measuring?  33 weeks (Finally measuring ahead! Baby must have a a growth spurt.)
size of baby? Baby is 16 inches long, about 3.3 pounds, and like the weight four navel oranges.
heartbeat? 154 bpm
total weight gain/loss? +18 lbs
maternity clothes? All the time, except for my shower this weekend I found a non-maternity maxi dress to wear.
stretch marks? Not yet, but the dark line is getting darker and and the belly button is starting to pop out...yikes!
sleep? not too bad, except for the dream I had the other night that I was going into labor and nobody in the hospital would help me!
best moment this week? This whole week was one giant best moment!  I got a great report at my doctors appointment, had a wonderful relaxing spa day using my gift card from my birthday, and then went to Houston this past weekend for my first baby shower!  Baby P and I were definitely showered with lots of love and feel so blessed from the weekend!
movement? I think we have a shy baby.  I feel movement all the time when I'm alone but the second someone wants to feel it he/she stops moving around.  Everyone at the shower wanted to feel baby but I think he/she had stage fright.  Of course the second we got in the car to come home little one was all up in my rib cage, ouch!  I think Baby P is also running out of room, I'm feeling less kicks and more rolling around.
food cravings? Nothing crazy.  I made Trevor pull over for Dairy Queen Blizzards on the way home from Houston but I don't think I would consider that a craving.
gender predictions?  Almost everyone at the shower said Boy, but there were a few Girls thrown in there too.  We did the ring test again this weekend and I was Boy.
what i miss: Not being beaten up in my rib cage daily, not having to constantly pop tums for acid reflux, and riding comfortably in the car.  But I wouldn't trade it for the world!
what i'm looking forward to: Spending Easter at Laity Lodge with the Houston crew for a family camp.  Definitely one of my favorite traditions I married into!  Should be interesting to experience camp 32 weeks pregnant.  But I think it will be so neat to spend one of few remaining childless weekends together as we anticipate the arrival of our little one in the same place that we met and feel in love!  How far we have come from the days of our innocent camp crush :)
how are you feeling? Pretty good, for the most part.  My back and ribs hurt if I sit too long (which is awesome when I work 11 hr. days at a desk job) and my feet/heels hurt if I've been standing/walking too long.  I'm debating putting myself on best rest for this reason :)  I start my weekly Dr. appts. this week because they want to start monitoring the baby closely because I have a thyroid issue.  I'm excited that I will get to closely monitor my weight gain, baby's weight gain and heartbeat, and any issues that could arise.
