House Before and Afters: Office Edition

Then next stop on our home tour is the office/ second guest bedroom.  This was the room that was formerly the little girl's pink room, see:

We also tore the carpet out of this room and redid the wood floors.  We painted over the pink, and installed closet doors as the previous owners had taken the old ones down and they were nowhere to be found!  For now this is kind of a catch all room.  We put Trevor's old desk in here along with my great grandmother's old t.v. cabinet and our amazing couch from ikea.  We bought the couch in Austin (actually my parents did... thanks mom and dad!) and it fit perfectly in our apartment.  However, it is pretty little and would look goofy in a normal sized living room.  The good thing about it is that it pulls out into a queen sized bed.  So it works perfect in the office so it can double as second guest room if a lot of people want to come visit!  Here is what it looks like now:
