Weekend Getaway

We needed a getaway this weekend so we made last minute plans to go play at the ranch in Hempstead.  We invited the Gilbreaths to join us and also let everyone in Trevor's family know that we were planning on going and that they were welcome to tag along.  We also invited Mal and Rob out since they are so close to the ranch now.  Everyone ended up taking us up on our offer so we had a fun full house!  It was cool outside, but not too cold, so we spent the whole weekend playing outside.

Running around on the hay,

swinging,

having races,

playing croquet

and horseshoes.

Making s'mores, 

taking baths in the sink,

and posing for pictures.

It was the perfect weekend getaway before the big freeze hit.  Love having weekends to spend with the ones we love!
