Baby P {25 Weeks}

how far along?  25 weeks

how are you measuring?  at my appointment this week I was 25weeks2days and measured 24weeks2days

size of baby? 13 1/2 inches long, 1 1/2 pounds, and about the same weight as a rutabaga. Baby was 1lb.9oz. at my appointment

heartbeat? 153 bpm

total weight gain/loss? well according to my dr.s office (with my big riding boots on) +15 pounds. BUT...  took Trevor to the Dr. the day after my appointment b/c he's been sick for a week now and I asked if they could weigh me on their scale since I wasn't wearing boots and according to their scale I'm only up 11 lbs, so I'm going to say +11 lbs :)

maternity clothes? almost always, I have found I couple non maternity shirts in my closet that used to be big and flowy that I can still wear.

stretch marks? I don't think so...
sleep? poor Trevor has been running a fever every night so I always wake up to his shivering shaking the bed, and usually about the same time that happens the baby starts kicking.  Between the two of them it is hard to get a good nights sleep :)

best moment this week? Cara and Jason and the girls came to Corpus for their annual birthday weekend trip and Jason's parents came also and we all worked hard all weekend getting the nursery ready.  We painted, hung crown molding, and got the door in working order.  It's all coming together and looking like a real nursery! Oh and I got a good report at the Dr!

movement? Trevor got the see the baby moving from the outside this week! Its so crazy, looks like there is an alien moving around inside me! And Cara got to feel the baby move.  I got to have an ultrasound at my appointment this week and could see the movements I've been feeling. I was feeling kicking as she was doing the ultrasound so I asked her to check what body part was in the place that I was feeling it and as soon as she put the wand where I was pointing we saw two cute little feet :)

food cravings? nothing crazy, but the baby made it clear that Mexican food is not allowed, I ate it fine but didn't keep it down :( sorry baby, but you are going to live in Corpus so you better learn to like it!

gender predictions? no clue, but I'm getting used to picking out gender neutral things!

what i miss:  nothing! loving being pregnant at this point!

what i'm looking forward to: being able to decorate the nursery now that the big stuff is done

how are you feeling? feeling great!
