Happy Halloween!

We carved our pumpkins a little too early this year.  The are already starting to grow some crazy looking stuff inside, and they still have to make it two more days!  We invited some friends over last saturday to carve pumpkins with us.  The Adamsons and the Simpsons came over to join us for the festivities.  I figured you can't carve pumpkins without a little sustenance, so I made some pumpkins chocolate chip muffins.  Trevor ended up doing my dirty work while I was still baking the muffins, cutting the top off my pumpkin for me and scooping out the guts.  Austin and Kylie had to leave before we really got down to business, so here are Trevor, Reid, and Amanda starting out with the carving.



And our final products: A vizsla, a deer, a golden retriever, and some fall leaves.
