Isla {2 Months}

When did my newborn become a baby?!  This month she has really become a cute, cuddly, interactive baby! We now know that she actually likes us because she will smile and coo back at us.  She is getting into a pretty good schedule of eating, playing, and sleeping.  We can usually determine what she wants/needs when she gets fussy, typically she is either hungry or tired.  If she's hungry I just feed her and she is a happy baby again.  If she is tired a tight swaddle and her paci usually do the trick.  She has been sleeping through the night for a while now, going between 7-11 hours between feedings at night! A rested Momma is a happy Momma.  She is just a joy to us!

Weight: 11lbs even (52 %)

Length: 22 3/4 in. (52%)
Head Circumference: didn't see this number but I know its in the 36%

Eating: nursing exclusively (around 6am, 9am, 12am, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm)

Bedtime: she goes to bed with us around 10-11pm

Awake: between 7-9am

Naps: She typically will take 2 good naps, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with several little cat naps throughout the day.

Diapers: size 1's

Clothes: 0-3 months and 3 months

Favorites: her miracle blanket, her sister Ruby, the swing, paci, talking to Mom & Dad, eating, and long car rides

Latest Tricks: smiling, talking, sleeping 11 hours :), and making herself bounce in her bouncy seat!
