how far along? 20 weeks
how are you measuring? a few days smaller, at 20weeks 3days baby was measuring 19weeks 5 days
size of baby? about an 6 1/2 inches from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel, the length of a banana and 10 1/2 ounces (baby was 11 ounces at our appointment this week!)
heartbeat? 157bpm
total weight gain/loss? +5lbs. My doctor was happy about that, she said I was saving up for all the weight gain in the 3rd trimester...great!
maternity clothes? I've been trying to get some last use out of my non-maternity tops but by the end of the day I look like "fat guy in a little coat" with half my belly hanging out the bottom (I'm wearing maternity undershirts so its not really my belly hanging out). Definitely only maternity pants or a few bigger regular pants with the bella band.
stretch marks? No
sleep? great!
best moment this week? My parents came into town for the weekend and my mom got to come with Trevor and I to see our babe for our anatomy sonogram. We got to see pretty much every bone/organ and everything got a great report! We also painted the nursery this weekend with the help of my parents!

movement? I am for sure feeling the baby move now, its amazing! The baby is most active when I lay down to sleep. I went to bed after Trevor the other night so when I climbed in bed he was already asleep. I was laying on my side and could really feel the baby moving so I put my hand on my belly to see if I could feel it from the outside and I could! So I woke Trevor up and made him put his hand where I had felt it and the baby went crazy kicking/punching daddy, I could feel it from the inside and he felt it from the outside!
food cravings? Less aversions! Still loving water with lemon and sonic ice :)
gender predictions? No clue, but I really was hard not to peek at the screen while they looked down there during the anatomy screen. I was kinda hoping the sonographer would slip and say he or she but she didn't :(
what i miss: Nothing!
what i'm looking forward to: Getting the second coat of paint on the walls in the nursery so we can start putting it together!
how are you feeling? Feeling good! Almost no nausea or heartburn!! The Dr. said I am probably dehydrated so I'm trying to drink a lot water to get hydrated. She said baby had a full belly and full bladder, but the fluid levels were low. So I was sent home with homework to drink lots of water and she wants to check it again when I go in next at 24 weeks.
