The weekend after we got back from Paris was Memorial Day weekend and we were looking forward to a nice relaxing three day weekend after our whirlwind vacation. We decided to head out to the ranch in Hempstead. We went up Friday night and Logan and Sarah met us up there. The next day some of their friends came out and Trevor's parents came up for the day. We spent most of the day in the pool.
When the sun started to set we grabbed our fishing poles and wet a line.
Sarah was the winner, catching the most fish that night (even if Logan had to get them off the hook and hold them for her :) ).
Trevor also caught his fair share (and didn't even have to put his beer down).
After dark we headed to Las Fuentes for the best mexican food and margaritas in Hempstead. The next day Mallory and Rob joined us out at the ranch and the day was about the same as the day before, hanging out by the pool, eating lunch at Lewis's, fishing, and eating dinner at Las Fuentes again...its that good. Sadly, I didn't take a single picture that day. It was a perfect, relaxing weekend.
